"When mediacom no showed on my appointment for reconnection of my account at my new house for the second straight day I cancelled them and at 5pm I called Done Right about setting up a dish account and they were out and had me hooked up that night with no overtime costs. How many companies offer that kind of service - not many. Easily the best around"

They are informative and knowledgeable about their products which is definitely a plus when you're not quite sure what it is you need. They also are honest and won't sell you a bunch of stuff you won't need like some others I ran into when pricing home security. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for anything in the TV, internet, or home security department!"
